Ten Amendments:

6:In the sixth amendment every arrested person should have the right of a speedy and public trial. He need to have a impartial jury of the state and district, he also need to have a Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

8:This amendment protect anyone of being inflicted with unusual punishments, excessive fines and nor cruel.
9:Protection of rights not specifically listed in the bill of rights.
Just because it isn't in the constitution, doesn't mean that you don't have the right.
10:The national government does not control some areas because they are not mentioned in the constitution, and so they are under the control of the states.
